RAW EcoLine, Oil-Only* and Universal

Product fabric: HeavyWeight.

Labelled with the RAW seal of “reasonableness”. The most “economical” RAW fleece product. We do not depend on certain manufacturers and this enables us - in line with the different conditions of the market - to offer always a low-priced but high-quality fleece product.

RAW EcoLine - an “all-purpose fleece” with high absorbing performance, high tear strength, uniform absorbency of the whole surface and maximum retention capacity which combines all quality features.

Particularly suitable

• for nearly all working areas where liquids are processed, stored or transported in order to absorb specific leakages
• for preventive use

MeltBlown, Oil-Only*

Product fabric: MeltBlown, HeavyWeigt.

Highest and fastest absorbing capacity, good oil retention.

Particularly suitable

• for absorbing oil leakages in industrial indoor locations
• for absorbing oil leakages on waters and for protecting shorelines

Material structure

SonicBonded, Oil-Only*

Product fabric: 2 MeltBlown layers (ultrasonically bonded), HeavyWeight, SingleWeight.

High absorbing performance, good tear strength and stability thanks to the 2-ply construction.

Particularly suitable

• for absorbing oil leakages in industrial indoor locations
• for absorbing splashes, drips and overspray around “oiling” working areas, for example under or around machines - for improved safety at the workplace

Material structure

FineFiber, Oil-Only* and Universal

Product fabric: 3-ply, FineFiber/MeltBlown/FineFiber, HeavyWeight.

Good absorbing performance, high tear strength thanks to 3-ply construction, nearly fuzz-free surface.

Particularly suitable

• for absorbing splashes, drips and overspray around “oiling” working areas or to be used in areas where other liquids are released, for example under or around machines - for improved safety at the workplace
• for outlasting heavy foot traffic thanks to the stabilizing FineFiber top and bottom layers
• for cleaning dirty surfaces thanks to the nearly fuzz-free FineFiber layers

Survivor, Universal

Product fabric: 3-ply, Spun Fleece/MeltBlown/FineFiber, HeavyWeight.

The ecomical walk-on mat with a good absorbing capacity and a camouflage pattern to hide dirt.

Particularly suitable

• for outlasting intensive wear and tear in working areas with heavy foot traffic. The upper Spun Fleece layer of the mat gives the product an extremely high strength and stability. The lower FineFiber layer ensures a safe “grip on surfaces”
• for being used as a “long-term protective” walk-on mat. The absorbed liquid is soaked up by the inner core of the MeltBlown layer and so the walk-on side stays longer clean and dry

Oil Absorbent Sweep, Oil-Only*

Product fabric: 2-ply, SpunBond/MeltBlown (ultrasonically bonded), HeavyWeight.

Particularly suitable

• whenever the absorbent product must be particularly tearproof and a fastening of the product is necessary

Industrial Rug, Universal

Product fabric: Polypropylene Needle Felt.

Oiling liquids or other liquids on the PP needle felt mat are drawn in when walking on and so the product contributes to an improved safety at the workplace.

Particularly suitable

• for foot traffic areas in workshops and production facilities

Barrier Spill Mat, Universal

Product fabric: Polypropylene Needle Felt/Barrier layer.

Oiling liquids or other liquids on the PP needle felt mat are drawn in when walking or driving on - the lower barrier layer prevents liquids from penetrating to the floor and provides, furthermore, the best non-slip surface available.

Particularly suitable

• for foot and vehicle traffic areas (fork lift trucks) in workshops and production facilities

Allround Environment Protection Mat, Oil-Only*

Product fabric: Polypropylene Needle Felt/MeltBlown/Barrier layer.

The mat only absorbs oil, (rain) water penetrates through the first layer and then escapes - the upper PP needle felt layer protects the Melt-Blown layer, the bottom barrier layer prevents the seepage of liquids.

Particularly suitable

• for outdoor locations - wherever the surface must be protected against leaking oil
• for covering railway tracks thanks to the mat size - during maintenance work oil contamination on the track ballast can be prevented

For all unknown liquids.
